Share form to specfic people using automate

Hi All, I am looking for a way to share a form to bulk people. Currently copying and pasting emails in the collect response area separated by a ; like in outlook doesn't appear to work and I can't see another option for it. So I am wondering if there is a way to do it via a flow in automate.

 

We would like to use specfic people so the link cannot be shared with other in our org.

    Hi @Marcval ,

     

    Could you please share more details about your scenario? Where do you save Email addresses of the recipients? 

     

    Generally speaking, you can copy the short URL and in Power Automate use it as body of Send an Email. The recipients' addresses you get from some data base like an Excel table or even from the button trigger, copy and paste when need to run the flow.

    Hi @v-jefferni,

    Thanks for the reply,

    I am hoping to use the below function so only people specified can reply. If we use anyone in our org can reply the link can be shared which we do not want.

    The emails can be listed in any way needed to input into automate.
