Trigger has stopped working with no reason- when a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)

I have a flow that has been running without issues for about a year. however the last month the flow has just stopped working. When the conditions are met the flow does nothing. It does not even run. it shows as turned on and when I test a previously successful action it runs fine. below is the flow:

When an email is moved into a subfolder it should check the email body for the email address of the person who submitted a task ticket and send an automatic response confirming it's completed. As stated above, it's not an issue with the flow failing, it simply just does not run when the conditions are met. Please help?

    Hi @JF10 ,

Definitely go in classic (and stay there) and remove the folder, save, then readd it and save.  Retest.  There's an issue with the folder name and/or the folder ID.

You may even need to delete the trigger and readd to capture the new definitions.

I've had similar issues with the folder name vs the folder ID.  The above has resolved my similar issues.

thank you! but I have not made any changes at all. I opened it to see if there were any errors after it didn't run as expected and screen-snipped it from there just for the above message. i only work in the old designer because of the bugs at times.

@JF10 Did your flow stop working after you made edits to it in the New Designer? If so, I'd recommend switching to the Classic Designer and saving your flow in the Classic Designer as the New Designer is still buggy. See if that helps. If not, you may need to recreate your flow—switch to the Classic Designer first (before making any edits).

    Hope this helps!
