Azure Devops trigger throws Internal Server Error

Hi, 

I'm using an Azure Devops trigger( When a pull request is created), but it always throws an saying "Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is '1a7d2388-bf20-46e4-9be5-a49dfeba7df8'."

Any idea why this is happening please?
