How to Send approval based off of compose outputs and values in sharepoint list matrix

Hi,

I am very very new to Power Automate. The requirements for what I need to do is:

  1. Look up the sharepoint list item and pull the Responsibilities listed under the Responsibility Name column
  2. Once the responsibilities are pulled ( I used get items and a compose action), use the outputs of that action to look up the owner email of the responsibility. For testing purposes the item I created had 2 Responsibilities listed in the column ("Test" and "TestingPurpose") These two successfully listed as the outputs.
  3. The owner emails are listed on a separate sharepoint list (in the form of a matrix). The title in that sharepoint list would be the responsibility name and in that list there is also a column with the the Owner Email.
  4. I need the workflow to look at the two different outputs and pull the corresponding owner email to send an approval to. It has to be a loop/apply to each.

BUT I have NO IDEA whatsoever on how to do this. Tried to google it and investigate it but no luck. Here are pictures of what I have right now:

Here is what the item created looks like:

Here is the responsibility matrix with the responsibility name (under title) and the email under Owner Email) This is the email that the workflow should pull to send an approval to.

Any help on this would be great. Please let me know I need to provide more info.
