Response details unavailable from completed task trigger

Hi there, is anyone able to help me out with extracting the data from my SharePoint form. I have used 'When a task is completed' trigger with a trigger condition to begin my flow. This is supposed to check that a specific task has been completed to initiate emails with specific requirements based on the data from the form. I keep running into errors with the 'response Id'. I am not given the dynamic content option to input the responseId. I have tried to enter it manually using: triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/responseId'] I have also tried to convert to Int.

Additionally, I have tried using the title and id dynamic content options from the planner options available. Starting the flow with powerApps, starting the flow from 'When a new response is submitted' and I have had no luck. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Kas-O,

Your flow lacks of the When a new response is submittedif you want to use the Get response details.

The response id is returned only by the When a new response is submitted trigger.

    Thank you for your response!

I'm not sure how the order of the flow will work. If I use 'When a new response is submitted' to start my flow I am unable to apply my trigger condition to 'When a task is completed' that option seems to only be available if 'When a task is completed' is the catalyst for the flow. I tried using 'When a new response is submitted' after 'When a task is completed' has been initiated but it waits for a new form so I don't think this is the correct order of operations.

    Hi @Kas-O,

I mean your current flow configuration is impossible to get response id using the When a task is completed, in other words, your need could not be achieved if you want to trigger the flow when a task is completed.

Further, one flow could only have one trigger in microsoft flow, and we couldn't add two triggers in one flow in microsoft flow currently.

To be honest, I don't think form response is an approciate choice in this scenario, you'd better create a SP list to save the task title, then get items based on the completed task's title, so that you could extract data based on the completed task.

I appreciate your feedback. Would you be able to point me in the right direction so I can set this up in the most efficient way? Any links to resources would be a huge help as I am a beginner at Power Automate and would like to create flows that are held to the current standard. Thanks again!
