At the moment whenever someone opens the document without making any changes it sends an email notification as it goes by the Modified field. Is there a way to alert users only when a document has actually been updated rather than opened?

Thanks for you reply.
Is this different to what I currently have it set as? When an existing item is modified.
Currently the document auto-saves when someone just changes the cursor position it fires off an email.
Is when an item or file is modified different to what I currently have?

Hi @Mudbar,

I have tested on my side, that this trigger works only when the item or file is modified.

I think only an existing item or file could be called "Modified".

You could test it on your side and check if it works.
