Power Automate flows are not triggered in my new environments

Hi there, I recently created three environments. DEV, TEST and PROD.
Next to those three, there is also the Default environment.
When I created some apps with Power Automate flows, all the Power Automate flows inside the app were running without issues. Once I created my new environment, only a handful of people (who have extensive rights) are able to run those flows without issues. Other (basic users) can use the app without issues, and they can press a button (OnSelect / OnSucces start the Power Automate flow), but when they do that, I never see that the flow has been run.
I sat down near them and they took the same steps as I took, except when I do it the flows are triggered, but when they do it, nothing happens.
I shared the Flow with them as Run-Only users, but that still does not work. Am I missing something and could someone help me out please?

    Hi @Gjakova ,

Please elevate the 'Process' privilege of basic user security role.

Hi @v-xiaochen-msft, should I do this only under Customization tab or also under the Business Process Flows tab? And what does the Process role include?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Gjakova ,

    Only under Customization tab.

    Hope it helps you.

I will try this out tomorrow, I hope it will work. I was also wondering if we do need to share the flow with the users (either as owner or Run-Only users) or do we just need to configure the process settings? @v-xiaochen-msft

    Hi @Gjakova ,

At my knowledge, you don't need to share the flow with users. When you share the app, the flow is implicitly shared with them.

    Good luck.

    Best Regards,
