I am trying to create a basic conversation flow where the users asks GenAI topic a question, the bot then answers and redirects to the end conversation topic. I have enabled Question Behavior - Interrupt Question= Yes to allow the user to ask a follow up question in the event they don't follow the prompts. I am experiencing an odd situation as a result:
1. When interrupting the question, the answer is updated in the chat bubble that the initial conversation questions answer appeared, overwriting it (see screenshots 1 and 2). It then continues to redirect to the End Conversation, so the behind the scenes logic of answering the question correctly with a new topic, then going back to the End conversation topic is working correctly. its this strange inline overwriting that is making it unusuable however.
This is also happening when you follow the default End Conversation prompts and it replies back with "Go ahead, I'm listening" it fetches the correct information from the correct topic but updates and overwrites a previous answer.
I published to the demo site and found that the issue only appears within the CoPilot Studio test chat. When using the chat box on the demo site everything behaved as expected.
