Information Button expansion issues - Form control / Data cards

Hello all, 

 

I've been experimenting with using the really useful 'Information button' in a power app Form.

 

I've been adding the Information buttons to data cards within the Form, which then acts as guidance/Info to the user for each control/input (excellent user feedback btw). 

 

This has been working really well during the testing (for about a month), but this has just started to have issues. Instead of displaying fully to the user when selected (which it was doing), it has now annoyingly started to expand only to the limits/boundaries of the given data card. This is causing a lot of the text information to now be hidden when selected.  

 

I have played with the ordering and bringing it to the 'front' in the card, but this has made no difference. 

 

I know this is currently on preview feature, but i'm wondering if any of you have had similar issues. 

 

This is a great feature btw (when it works) 😀.

    Does anyone have any updates on this? The previous working authoring version of 3.24043.30 has now been removed. All the latest ones don't work.

    Here is how it is broken for me:

    This must be a bug - I can't imagine anyone thinking this is the preferred behavior.

    Agreed, this completely breaks the usefulness of the information button for my applications.

    Yea, i've reverted back to the previous Authoring version until they find a suitable fix. This happened previous with the boxes turning transparent until a fix was implemented.

    This seems to have changed in version 3.24043.33, lowering the app authoring version to 3.24043.30 makes it work properly but obviously this is not a solution. Now the datacard/container must have enough height to properly fit both the icon and the message when it expands which I honestly hope wasn't intended because for design purposes this is an awful change.
