Flow update missing fields

Hello,

Currently I´m trying do build a flow to change a field value with flow after the approval.

The problem I have is that not all columns are displayed within the flow. I can´t change the values of these fields.

Is there something wrong with the list.

    Hi Belasor,

According to the screenshots, it seems that you want to show the two Boolean(Yes/No) columns on the flow.

So I created a Yes/No column in my list to test this issue, I named it “Approved?” and it is shown on the flow.

Please try to recreate the flow to see if you would get the two Boolean columns on your side.

However, when testing with it, I found that I am not able to update the Boolean column with variables, while other column types are able to use the variables, such as Lookup, People, Choice fields. I am afraid that using variables to update the Boolean column has not been supported currently, please check this blog for more details:
    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/setting-sharepoint-s-person-choice-and-lookup-fields/

A workaround for this, you may consider changing the Boolean column to a Text column or a Choice column so that you can update its value using variables. Please have a try with it.

    Best regards,

    Hi Mabel

Is there any update on the support of recognising boolean column types? I just tried, and it still seems not possible.

    cheers

    Robin
