Hello everyone,

I generated an excel file from the powerapps canvas, and I got only 2000 records (after I change the max number from 500 to 2000 from the settings). while I have over 3000 records in the database. I want to know is it possible to have more than 2000 records.
(the database is sql server)

You are reaching a delegation limit I don't have experience generating an Excel file from SQL using PowerApps, but I know it is easy to do in Dataverse. It is probably easier to do directly from SQL than through Powerapps.
