Would you please share a screenshot of the flow that you are trying to build?
Based on what I understand, you would like to save the Email Attachments to the description part of the Trello card, right?
For the description part, the data type that should be inputted is a string type, while the Content from Attachment is not defined as string.
Please see the Trello card API documentation:
In addition, adding attachments to Trello card seems to be not supported with the current Trello Action, please consider to submit this as an idea on the Microsoft Flow idea forum:
