Populate Word Template - Check Box Control?

Can the "Populate Word Template" action populate Check Box Controls in addition to Text Controls? I can't seem to find anywhere that explicitly calls out that it does not work with Check Box controls, but I can't seem to have them show up in the step, so I'm assuming it doesn't?

Really just wanted that confirmation...

I checked the documentation and check boxes are called out as not currently supported.

Hello there,

I see that the discussion here is a bit outdated, but for anyone looking for a solution, you may consider checking out Plumsail Documents. Using its checkbox formatter, you can populate the checkboxes in your Word document dynamically. Check out this article to see an example of how you can use it.

Note: It is a paid solution, but there is a free one-month trial available

There is a way to do this. It has been answered in another question. Since this is the first result I figured I'd share it here as well. In essence you use a plain text control and populate it with a checked or unchecked textbox as the text.
