I would like to create a flow, where after a user creates an approval in teams, if the approval is accepted a calendar entry is created. After having done some research this seems only to work if the approval is triggered by something like a sharepoint list entry. I do not want this, as I want the user to be able to use the approvals "plugin" in teams to make the approval not a sharepoint list. In the screenshot attached you can get an idea of the flow i am talking about. There you can also see that I am unable to use approvals as a trigger but only an action.

Again, I do not want the flow to get triggered by a sharepoint entry, instead by someone starting an approval in the teams app.
