OneDrive's Convert File Works once then Fails

Hello,

 

I have a pretty basic flow: When an item is created in one sharepoint list, I want it to populate a .docx, create a file in one drive, convert to PDF and then save to another sharepoint list:

The flow seems to run fine the first time, but then on the second or third test, it fails and isn't clear why:

    I'm guessing for you to test, but can you put a delay in between Create File and Convert File. It could be like a 10 second delay or something just to give it a small amount of time to be set.

    Maybe that would help?
