Hi @jfoley1
I am pleased to e-connect with you here. I am not a PRO user of MS Power Automate. However, I am certainly a technology enthusiast & evangelist and definitely a problem solver. I just shared this info to set the right expectations.
I did come across similar issue last night when my flow I created just work fine for couple of runs. Then I shutdown my computer and re-opend the same file today morning at work. The disastrously, I faced the same issue. The whole day I kept fighting with it intermittently. In the evening, I just tried a cool little trick and to my surprise this brought the flow back in action. Hopefully the below mentioned solution might help yourself as well.
Just open the Excel Online in the browser by going to office365 portal and then open the problematic file from within browser based excel. Try to add the Flow Preview add-in in the excel online version. Post that you can just click on the flow button and you will find your flow created for or referencing to that file right in their. After that just press the button open in desktop app and you will find the flow there as well.
Once you are sure that the flow is visible at both the places in the same file then you can x out the browser tab and continue working in desktop app.
I am yet to figure out exact cause and effect science behind it however, it worked.
Hopefully this help you too. If it does, please considering marking this as accepted solution and giving it a thumbs up.
Should you need any further help or support please reply here or mention by handle in the post and I will reply back to you.
Thank you
