Hi,
I have a flow which creates a file from email on SharePoint. The whole process works fine but aside from the file it also creates some extension-less-hash-named file which I don't understand purpose of it and I don't want it there because of end users.
What is that and how to get rid of it?

EDIT:
Adding from flow run: You can see that it downloads two files (one is picture which I want and another is some hash named file). The email itself has only one attachment. and the screenshot is from the same run of one email.
