Sharing a flow without being Co-owner

I do not know how to share the Flow I created with my team, with each person individualy.

I created a Flow that runs daily, at 7 AM sends an Adaptive Card with buttons to start work, whenever you press Start it waits for 8 hours and ping you again with Finish work. Both Stard and Finish send obligatory start/finish mail to manager.

When I tried to share with my colleague by Export, he was unable to import it due to "personal data", which is only the Office component with "Mail" variable. When I tried to use Share function, it look like he and I are both sharing the runtime, and we he press Run Flow, I got bot's message with Adaptive Card.

I would like easy import option so I can share the link/code, my team member just press it, flow is import with him without me as Sharing person, team member press Run Flow and it start to run daily, without sending anything to other people who are sharing it.

If you shared the flow with someone, why would they be importing it? The reason to import it would be if the person wanted to create their own version of the flow or wanted to import it into a different environment. If that is the case, when they go to import it have them click on Update under IMPORT SETUP and choose to create a new flow instead. Once it is imported, they'll need to reconfigure the connection references.
