Hi,

In a Tenant, many Power automate already created (approx. 2000).

How to get list of which SharePoint site/list/library connected to which Power Automate.

Actually, I need to copy a list's all items from one SharePoint site to new SharePoint site's list also with functionality if someone add new item then email would be sent to defined members as per the Site Owner explained to me.

Now I am unable to find which Power Automate associated with old list. If somehow, I get name of automate then can replicate same functionality.

Any help would be appreciated.

    That's actually a great question. Are you using the CoE Starter Kit? It's a really good way to get an overview of everything going on in your tenant and governance tools.

    To your point of seeing exactly what flow is connected to each Power Automate, I'm not entirely sure but with having an inventory of them, you can create a process with flows to request that information from the Makers and store it as they respond.

    Hope that helps!

    If I understand correctly, you want to know what workflows are being used by a connection? If so, go to https://make.powerautomate.com/ and click on Connections. Choose the connection where you want to find what it is connected to. Click the three dots to the right of the connection and choose Details from the menu.

    Then choose Flows using this connection. It will list all of the flows using the connection.

    Below script generate the Flow name and associated SPO site name:
    $environment="GUID"
    $flows=Get-AdminFlow -EnvironmentName $environment
    $flows.Count
    foreach ($flow in $flows){
        $flowdetail=Get-AdminFlow -EnvironmentName  $environment -FlowName $flow.FlowName
        $flowdetail.DisplayName
        foreach($ab in $flowdetail.Internal.properties.referencedResources)
        {
         $ab.resource.site
        }
    }
