Hi there,
I am looking for guidance on setting up an automated welcome email. I would like to be able to add new names to a SharePoint list or another location, and have an email automatically sent to the new user and their manager. I have researched how to create automated emails, but have only found information on sending emails to already created email addresses. Is it possible to set up an automated email for new list creations only?

yes i want to have a place in sharepoint (probably list) so i can only add the new name Last name, first in a field and automatically send the welcome email to his manager and the work email.
