hi,
I want to send an email with rich text. the body of comments can be plain text, or can contain URL links, links to viso, etc.
I did the following way but i didn't get rich text in the mail. can u please help? thanks

I would need to see the actual body comments Text that gets placed there, to see why its not showing up as Rich Text.
By default you are in HTML (rich text) mode. So I am guessing its the content thats essentially blocking it from showing up properly
Can you show the body and what it looks like in the email?
Also, is the Email (outlook) in HTML Rich Text Mode or is it in Plain Text Mode FOR HTML/Rich Text?
