Flow to Pull Data from Online Table to Excel

Is there a way to pull data from an online table (not a sharepoint list) and transfer it to excel using a flow?

If yes, what is the action that will do this & is there a way to do it in the web version?

    Most likely the answer is yes if this online table supports API calls. Here is a reference to get you started: HTTP actions reference - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn. What you need to do will vary depending on where you are getting the data.
