Hello all,

We made some flows in a solution in order to work with child flows. One of these child flows retrieves information from a customer voice form that was filled (this triggers the main flow).

In the past, when this action was part of the main flow, it could find the info via "list records" and "get records".

Now, the child flow doesn't manage to retrieve that information.

What we checked so far:

We checked that it is the same environment.
It does work with older entries.
The entry we are looking for is existing (we can see it when manually exporting the list from customer voice).

Can anybody help?
