Hi,

I have a flow which will send an NPS survey out using forms once a quarter to contacts in Dynamics who are marked for NPS surveys.

Im getting the following error o the actual send survey and not too sure. I have googled and found lots of error matches but across so many different systems and solutions I cant really pin it down to what I am doing.

Any suggestions?

hi @richrich123 this is an API error and I know that ms is working on that. Try converting your values into string with the expresion

String('Hereyourvalue').

How about deleting the connection and adding it again ?

Hi @richrich123 ,

Are you using the PowerApps button as the trigger? if yes, please try to remove the flow from the app and re-add the flow again, this problem will be solved.

If you are not using the PowerApps button as the trigger, please try to export the flow as .zip file and import this file as a new flow again. After configuring the connection, this problem should be solved.
