Approval flow - MS Forms to Sharepoint

Hi,

I've created a working flow where upon submission of a MS Form, is sent for approval and if approved uploads to a Sharepoint log. My issue is that it sends for approval regardless of responses in the form. I, however, need it to send for approval if the response is "Yes" in 3 specific questions on the form. How do I fix it?

Look forward to some help.

    Hi @gabibalaban ,

Further to this, I have a question on this form to highlight employee location. Multiple choice answer on Microsoft Form, but each country will have its own approver. How do I code into my flow that if the person is in Italy, it goes to a specified person in Italy? Or if Hong Kong, then it goes to the appropriate person there.

Look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi j_menin.

I think you need a condition before approval.  If [answer to specific quesiot] is equal to [Yes] than Start and wait for approval.

    Hope it helps

    HI @j_menin ,

Use a condition to see if the user answered Yes in all 3 specific questions, and on the Yes branch use Approval action and then the Sharepoint Action to create your item. Something like:

    Hope it helps !
