Error in transferring ownership in PowerApps

I am working on transferring the ownership of a PowerApps through Power automate which I have also found online.  The owner of the PowerApps canvas left the company.  I encounter below error when running the flow.

 

"The user with object id 'xxxxxxxxxxx' in tenant 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxx' does not have access to permission 'ManageAnyPowerApp' in environment 'xxxxxxxxxxx'. Error Code: 'UserMissingRequiredPermission'

 

I intentionally put "x" for the GUID for security reasons.

 

Anyone can help me on this?  thanks in advance.

    Hi @weng1009,

    There are two prerequisites of manage power apps.

    A user will not be able to share canvas apps in an environment if they do not have a security role with the Canvas App Share privilege set to a value other than ‘None selected’.

    After testing, I found that the 'System administrator' security role can run this action.

    You can contact the environment administrator to assign the role to you.

    Hello Kyrie,

    Thank you for this.  It turns out that my security role is only Basic and Environment maker so adding System administrator in my role then running the power automate flow solves the problem.
