"Failed to open Excel document" error

I have Power Automate for Desktop v2.43.217.24141 on Windows 10 Pro v10.0.19045.

When my action "Launch Excel" tries to read the Excel file I have (the path has a space and the path is double quoted) I get an error "Failed to open Excel Document". I rebooted PC, reran the Flow and still got the same error.

I went to Apps and Settings, found Power Automate for Desktop, clicked Modify, and an install screen came up. I reinstalled it which took 1 second. I reran Power Automate for Desktop and it still gets an error. I copied the file path directly from the File Explorer, checked the file path 3 times, and it still doesn't work. I checked my variable "ActiveSheet" equals "Position" and that is correct also.

When I open the file manually Excel shows a yellow with with a message and a button "Enable editing". Could this be a problem? I'm already signed into my computer for the day.

In my Launch Excel action when I choose the file (instead of using a variable name), the path has a space, and I get an error "Invalid value".
