Power Automate Changes date time to wrong format when creating sharepoint item

Hi There,

I am scratching my head regarding this one where the date is being changed by powerautomate when it is populated into the 'create item' field in PowerAutomate.

I have used both compose and a variable to ensure that the value is correct and then use the output of that to be the variable for the sharepoint field.

However as you can see, powerautomate changes it upon execution!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. (Note, it doesn't do this if I use dd/MMM/yyyy, however powerBI that reads this sharepoint list doesn't recognise it as a valid date!)

@Anonymous Flow confuses with dd/MM format( Specially if month number belongs to date number) and always convert to standard format. Please use yyyy-MM-dd format in flow. SharePoint will take care according to its regional setting.

I use the yyyy-MM-dd format, but the output changes to 17:00 the day before:
