Create Special number format - Sharepoint list

Hello,

 

I would like to create an automatic rule based on change number of a sharepoint column thrpugh powerapps. The number format is following:

001

002

...

010

...

100

...

999

How can I due that? I tried some workaround but I was not able to achieve this 3 digit format.

    Yes you can do it by using below formula - 
    Text(9,"000") => output will be 009
    Text(900, "000") => Output will be 900
    If the value is in text format, then you can use 
    Text(Value("9"), "000")
