Hi,
The last piece of the puzzle of what has been days of work!
For some reason, whenever an attachment is submitted via Forms, the email that is automatically sent out, the attachments duplicate themselves by the number of attachments...
e.g.
1 attachment = normal
2 attachments = 4 attachments in email (2 of each)
3 attachments = 9 attachments in email (3 of each)
Any idea why this is happening? If you wish to see a certain part of my flow let me know and I'll send screenshots!

This issue might be happening due to a loop in your flow that's causing the attachments to multiply. It could be that for each attachment, the flow is running again, hence duplicating the attachments.
Hard to pinpoint the exact issue though.
