My flow has only been sending out rejected email even though the condition has been approved, any help would be appreciated, thank you.
try using response equals approve in the condition.
can you post a screenshot of the expanded history where it is going down the no side of the condition despite being approved?

can you post an exported package of that flow here and I can import it and take a look Export and import your flows across environments with packaging | Power Automate Blog (microsoft.com)
Be sure to check no accidental spaces were included in your conditional, specifically on the "Approve" side.
