Is there a option to build a flow which pick up a given version of sharepoint list and achieves it to new list with a column documenting changes made to that item in revision process.

Use case is as follow: There is a list of KPIs reported in a current year (KPI ID, Name, Owner, Definition). This list has a versioning in place. In Q3 there is a revision process on this KPI list and updates are made for next reporting year. By end of revision process I would like to achieve a current year KPI list with (KPI ID, Name, Owner, Definition etc. plus Reporting year = Current year and Revision = changes made to item/record)

Ideas?
