Generating Monthly Reports on Flow Analytics

Hello! 
I have a flow that branches and emails (outlook) users based on specific parameters. For this example it can be email for response #1 and email for response #2. I'm wondering if there is a flow I can develop that will generate a simple monthly report notifying me of the number of emails for each email type. Is this type of report possible? what would an appropriate workflow for this be? Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,
     
    To do this, i think you have to incoporate it in flow design - for this create a datasource - like excel, SharePoint or Dataverse table.
     
    When email is sent,add a record in the datasource about details of email and what kind of response email was sent.
     
    Then you can create a scheduled flow which runs over that datsource and mail required user about the number of emails for each category
