How to send a single mail if multiple people have birthday on same day

Hi Team, 

 

I have created a simple flow for birthday where it compares the dd-mm with today dd-mm and throws an email to mentioned user. Now when the list grows larger i need to throw a single mail consolidating wishing all  birthday people in a single mail.

    Hi,

     

    if it's a generic email and you just need to add more receivers, create a separate list and add the birthday person to it and the join the list with a ";" delimiter. The joined text value is your "To:".

    I hope this has been helpful.

    Or even simpler, you can just set a variable and just keep adding addresses to it in a loop.

    %To%=%To%%birthdayPerson%;
