How do you send window scroll bar commands?

Not all desktop windows respond to Arrow Up/Down or PgUp/PgDwn key commands. Some windows only respond to mouse wheel input or physical movement of the scroll bar via click/drag. PAD doesn't seem to do mouse wheel commands, and it doesn't recognize scroll bars as UI elements.

So....how do? 🤔

Did you get any solution? Scroll is a very common and used thing, I cant understand why its not there (Power Automate for Desktop).

The answer we have in this post, DO NOT solve the problem, when the WINDOWS application is not WEB.

Why Power Automate for Desktop, do not have a mouse scroll up / down and also a mouse pick, move and release functions?

btw: PgUp and PgDw key do not work in this app, I am automating the loop process.
