I need to create the attached workflow between 3 sequential users as shown. I have sketched a simple diagram to explain my scenario. The first screen with Submit to SPO and create task in Planner is complete using Automate. Also all User data is retreived using Office365Users. Remaining is creating the new PowerApp Form link to send from Power Automate
Question 1:
Should I create 3 Separate Screens and copy fields from one to another or should I add Logic in same screen such as
- if User = 1 start with new Form,
- if User = 2 load User 1 data as Read only and set User 2 Fields = visible.
- if User = 3 load User 1,2 data as Read only and set User 3 Fields = visible.
Question 2:
Should I add the list Id from SPO and add is a QueryParameter in the App Link for user 2 and 3? Or there is a standard best practice to follow.
