List of environments in the tenant

Hi,

I was looking into environments created in our tenant and came across very weired scenario.

As we can see in below image

1. PowerApps admin center: reflects 2 environments

2. Flow Admin: reflects 2 environments

3. In PowerApps maker portal: reflects 3 environment(including default)

4. Flow Portal: reflects 4 environments(including default)---not able to understand where the 4th environment circled with green color coming from and why it is not being shown under both Admin centers or PowerApps portal.

    Earlier this year Microsoft automatically upgraded envrionments from CDS version 1 to CDS v2.  To do that they made copies of Environments.  I've seen instances where the upgrade didn't go perfectly and the environments either weren't upgraded or the copies of the original environments weren't deleted after upgrade.  The upgrade copies don't normally show up.  But I believe that is what you are seeing in both the maker and the PowerApps portal.  Just ignore the ones listed as (Upgrade).  The only way I've been able to get htese cleaned up is to open a service call with MS.  But since they don't usually cause any issues I've just left the one I still have hanging around in my system.
