Office 365 Outlook connector failed

I'm O365 Standard user, my flow has been sending email to others over a year without any problem. However, it doesn't work anymore since yesterday and I find out it is the sending email issue. I tried to switch to another O365 Standard account but no success with the error below. Power Automate license is assigned to each account I used in troubleshooting.

Test connection failed. Details: You are not authorized to perform this operation. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or if OData operations are disabled by your Exchange server administrator. clientRequestId: d09edbb3-b0fa-ca6d-df7c-1d3281542362 serviceRequestId: 22cf80d5-07ba-5649-ae89-ed781e621fb0

Does anyone have idea/workaround? Appreciate much!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on my understanding, there's a new policy in place in your IT department preventing you from doing this.  I recommend sharing the error with IT; they most likely have made a recent change (perhaps accidently blocking this).  Please mark as a solution, always glad to help! Tom

    Thanks @trice602

Had reported to IT, but IT didn't do anything to block Microsoft Flow. IT spent much time to help finding out what blocked the connector but nothing was found. IT also has no clue what should add to EWSAllowList, as a workaround, IT added "*" in the list and then I can pass the validation.
