I don't think this would change language to language - but in English it's just "Site Pages". If you go to your site, then go to Site Contents, what is the display name of your Site Pages library?
I did look up Dutch for "Site Pages" and I see an apostrophe in the translation but I would suggest trying to get rid of it. It seems like that would probably cause the error.
