Adaptive cards - Planner - "Assign task to me"

Hello community! I hope you can help me.

I want a adaptive card to be posted to a Team when there is a new Planner task created. So far so good.

I want a button/action called "Assign task to me", so members of that team can assign the task using the adaptive card. How can I describe this action i JSON ?

You'd use an Adaptive Cards Action.Submit in conjunction with the Planner REST API, specifically the Update plannertask.
