Beginner Question for Flows

Hi everyone!

I am just starting out and trying to test out a few things. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for what would work best in this scenario.

I would like to have a form that gets filled out and starts the flow. However, I would also like to have the ability to go back and fill in information on that form in the future in case the required information wasn't available initially but to allow other processes to get started first. Is there a better option then using a SharePoint form? That was what I had used originally but I'm not sure if users are able to update those form responses easily.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

    HI,

Use Microsoft Forms (yes, I know you see them in SharePoint but are considered Microsoft forms), but you would have to set their configuration to allow people to change them.

Then you just have your flow run, but depending on what you want to do, you'd probably want to track that they submitted already and this time its an update
versus assuming its actually, a branch new one
