Error on running a script in Excel online to update links to external workbooks

I created an office script with the following line
    workbook.refreshAllLinksToLinkedWorkbooks()
when the flows runs on PowerAutomate online with the Run Script connector, it fails.  The message is:
Workbook refreshAllLinksToLinkedWorkbooks: The operation failed because the user has not granted permission to refresh external workbook links. clientRequestId: dd2177dd-a320-4c1c-83f3-cd309c295439
What can I do?
