In this dropdown I'm not getting all the calendars I have put in Outlook, under My calendars. Why is it I'm not getting all the calendars. I'm only getting about half from the drop down in Power automate? Am I mistaken as to where this drop-list looking at?

they are all room calendars with the same access

By checking my outlook view and the get calender view action I'm only be able to choose calenders which are directly shared with me or available under the "my calender" section.

All other calenders which i personally added, aren't available for me via power automate.
That means, you need either shared access or these calender are e.g. group calenders an needs to be linked to your account.

This is probobly it by I tried to share complete access but it didnt change anything in power automate.

    Maybe it's another setting?

Looking at settings, even though I have full access "Place" is empty, while on the other calendars that I can see, it says //"my user"/calendars in "place"

If you're able to open the properties section of any calender you have some sort of rights to access. Mostly it will be read rights.

If you try now with some other calender, which is not visible in your flow, outlook should give you an error message, that you have no roght to access. And that's why Power Automate can't see them and therefore you aren't able to use them.

If you are trying to edit rights on a calender which is not yours or you're not having the rights to edit the access level, this will not work.

If the calender you need access to is e.g. a groupcalender, ask for access with your IT team. After getting the right you will be able to use that calender with poer automate.
