Hi,

I am try to configure single sign on Power Virtual Agent. I have filled all the required details in the Authentication tab i have been  prompted to login and then i get the set of numbers and pass that to bot and it logs in. I need to overcome this by automatically login in using SSO.

I am not sure how to configure the Token exchange URL. I am following the document from the below URL but no luck:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configure-sso

Regards,

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Which channel you are testing the SSO?

Because you cannot test inside the PVA portal test bot.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

It will not work inside the demo website.

You can configure the SSO with PVA inside the SharePoint, Intranet or something like that you upload the custom Html file connecting with the SSO configuration.

    Hi @renatoromao

Thank-you for the response. We are planning to host this on sharepoint or teams.
With the app registration done earlier on Azure AD for PVA Authentication. We had added the redirect URI as "

We have again created new app registration on Azure AD for SSO as per the document. There is a field for redirect URI. We have added the URI of the sharepoint website for that.

Can you help to let me know if we are on the right track? Or what has to be done further?
