Workflow workitem in Dynamics 365 FO

Hi There,

I want to create an approval flow in Power automate for sale quotation in F&O. I Create flow by clicking When a business event occurs, select the instance, Category not listing "workflow workitem". Couldn't figure out what is wrong. Also, confirmed there are no workflow events in Business event catalogs in F&O also. Tried rebuilding too. Anyone faced this issue? Kindly assist!

Hi @dejadpower,

No, I have not experienced this type of issue with business events. Normally they show up in my setup.

I assume you made the workflow active in F&O? What account are you using in the connection of this trigger action and what role does it have? Is it the same account as what you used when checking the Business events catalog in F&O?

Have you checked the following things of the troubleshooting section in the Microsoft docs?

What account are you using in the connection of this trigger action and what role does it have?

I logged in as admin.

The next day, it was showing work item in category (Power automate flow) automatically. In F&O, the business events also showed work item list. I couldn't figure out how it is solved.
But I notice that there is no builtin work flow items for sales quotation, can you guide on this
