run specific flow from powershell or CMD

i was try to run a specific flow with powershell but it's not working, i was read that microsoft article and unfortunately it's also not working,

that powershell error that is the code i put it in powershell:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Power Automate Desktop\PAD.Console.Host.exe" "ms-powerautomate:/console/flow/run?workflowName=[emoji generator]"

Hi @motafawik
Do you have a premium license or trial associated with your account?
If you have, did you try to run a command prompt within the same user context as used for running the flow from the console? (I see you run PS as admin)
Did you try to run in cmd instead of PS?
