You should probably provide some more details such as the steps you took.

    Hi,

Following the wing the exercise to inport data into my app. When I open the 3 dots and then select import from excel + import from CSV then nothing happens - no screen opening to select the CSV etc..

    Hi there,

You should make sure you have the correct permissions in security roles, but this could be a browser problem - have you ensured you have the latest version of your browser (similarly any pending windows updates can affect it sometimes), and that you have cleared your browser cache completely before re-logging in to try again?

    Hope this helps! :)

Hi, I've checked everything and cleared the cache.

    Still the same result.

How can I get support to resolve this and move forward with the programme?

    Thanks

I am seeing this same error. I used DevTools and it is throwing this error
    main.htm:1 Uncaught (in promise) {errorCode: 0, message: 'No form descriptor found in state tree for specified formId.', code: 0, innerror: undefined, raw: '"{\\"errorCode\\":0,\\"message\\":\\"No form descriptor…se,\\"faultedRequestIndex\\":-1,\\"errorSource\\":0}"'}

It is showing a screen but immediately exiting.

Log it as an issue with support

    Hi there,

Just to check a couple more things, they might seem silly but just in case - when you created the environment, did you add a database storage for it?
Is your table a standard one, rather than say, a virtual one?
Have you tried to import your solution into a different environment and then import the data?

Have you tried to import the data in different ways, such as from the maker portal straight into tables?
Or from Advanced Settings > Data Management and gone through the import wizard with correctly mapped fields?

I haven't come across this error myself, you could always go through support with Microsoft from the Power Platform Admin Center.

    Hope this helps! :)
