Dear community, is there any way by which we can achieve retry mechanism while calling an api- may be something like calling an api and if it fails then retry. Do we meed to use scope here or any flag mechanism? Kindly provide example if anyone has done this earlier?

Power Automate has a build in retry policy and you can even adjust it. Just go to the settings of an http action and you will find it there.
