Never ending flow even after Share point list is updated

I created a flow that pulls rows from SQL and checks if there is a match within my share point list. If there is no match a new item is created. However, even once the share point list is updated with all the SQL rows my flow never ends and is stuck on the apply to each row condition.

I have tried adding a terminate if the condition times out too, but it never triggered.

I see a Get Items and a Get rows action.  It appears as though you are comparing every row returned from Get items to every row returned from Get rows.  That's a lot of work and I suspect that you are bumping up against a Power Automate limit of some type.

Can you explain what you are trying to do - I suspect that there may be a better way to approach your requirement.

I am trying to update a create a flow that regularly updates my Share Point list with having to delete all the current items on the list then recreate them. Thus, get all the items of my share point list and all the rows from my database and compare if the ID is already in the Share Point list if it is not then I create a new item.

I have set both to have a top count of 1000 and I know my flow finishes because I have deleted the last items from my Share Point list and they are added when I run the flow. However, the flow keeps on running.

In more detail, the SQL database has 690 rows and I deleted the last 30 items on my Share Point list. After 10 mins there are all 690 items on my list but the flow is still running.

You might try looping through each item return from SQL and placing a Get Items action inside the loop with a filter query.  That way only items that meet your criteria will be returned.  Here is a link for more information on using OData filters and SharePoint.

Another approach might be to filter the array of SharePoint items inside of your loop rather than comparing each list item returned.  Here is a good place to start if you want to approach it that way.
