Hello!

I am having issues getting adaptive cards (to both a channel and user) working.

I am trying to get a notification on Teams when a form is submitted, but the flow bot to user and adaptive card to user or channel is not working.

    Hi @mhills91

I believe the issue you are running into is due to the format of your message

The message for adaptive cards is usually made up from JSON, which has more information than just a message

This link below provides a bit more information around how the adaptive cards work from Power Automate to Teams

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-adaptive-cards-teams

You should be able to remove the step for when a file is create or modified as the Create File action should return an ID that you can pass straight into Get File Properties

The other thing as well you should add a Get Response from Form action and get rid of the Apply to all loop

    Hi @mhills91,

Just like @Gareth1 said, the adaptive card should be JSON format, your input is just plaint text.

However, you don’t need to author this JSON by hand – you can use the rich drag-and-drop designer on the Adaptive Cards website to build your card.
